Max Lynn Carpentry LTD is a Swindon based carpentry company. The company is owned and operated by Max Lynn, a carpenter with 16 years experience in the trade, he has been involved in the construction industry throughout his life.
Throughout his career Max has experienced every area of carpentry, from refurbishments of listed Oxford university colleges, modern architectural designs, domestic projects, extensions and mass build housing sites for large sub-contractors/developers. He has a passion for large cut roofs and structural carpentry but, there is no area he would not feel comfortable of being able to deliver a top-quality job within a reasonable time scale.
Supported by a small team of quality, reliable and dedicated Carpenters, Max now feels the time is right to expand his company and build new relationships and grow his client base.
With many contacts built through years of commercial and domestic work, Max feels he is in a good position to expand the workforce should a new project require more labour.
As a company we believe in creating and maintaining strong and successful working relationships with main contractors, clients and all other relevant trades on site. As well as being considerate to the needs of these individuals and members of the public, which may be affected by our work.
We realise the importance of health and safety in the construction industry and endeavour to complete our projects in the safest, most efficient, way possible, minimising risk to our staff and others.
We are always prepared and ready to gain health and safety accreditations if these are required to work for specific clients and recognise the value of investing in and adjusting our safety processes.
We understand the importance of budgeting, timescales, programmes and deadlines. We are not day-work driven and prefer to provide a fixed price contract for most jobs.
We always aim to complete the work to a high standard, whilst keeping within project time restraints. However, we also believe in an honest approach and will always try to be realistic with time allowed.
We understand the environmental impacts of our work and are always looking for new ways to minimise our environmental impact.
We invest in the best equipment to make our work more efficient.
We believe in giving something back to the industry. In the future Max would like to train new apprentices and give others the chance to learn. At the same time expand his workforce with self trained staff who know and understand the high standards expected of them.
